Our Craft
Where designs tell stories — handmade terracotta, hand-painted wearables and ceremony crafts from Sheakhala, West Bengal.
নকশা (noksha) means design — the patterns drawn on a floor for a festival, painted on a clay pot, stitched along a saree border. কথা (kotha) means words, a story.
Noksha Kotha is where designs tell stories. Every piece we make carries a little of Bengal's visual heritage — the alpona, the terracotta, the red-and-white of a wedding — shaped for the way people live and celebrate today.

Terracotta
Bengal's clay tradition — seen on the terracotta temples of Bishnupur — reimagined as jewellery and décor. Each piece is shaped, fired and painted by hand.

Paint & fabric
